Essential oils are blended to suit each individual’s requirements. A personalized treatment to improve mind, body and spirit, a very healing and balancing treatment. Helping to strengthen the nervous system, thus restoring lost energy.

The original hot & cold stone massage, LaStone® Therapy involves the use of heated basalt and cool marble stones.  The stones glide across you body; radiant heat penetrates deep into muscles, accentuated by cool, refreshing highlights.  Your head-to-toe massage relieves stress and pain; provides deep relaxation, and restores energy and balance. 

BODY WRAPS AND SPECIALITY BODYWORK

Immerse yourself into the healing properties of the sea.  The seaweed algae treatment is rich in vitamins A,B,C and E, amino acids, and minerals. Pure marine algae is a natural skin rejuvenator and immune booster having many noted benefits, including the active elimination and regulation of fat cells, stimulation of new skin cell growth and increased metabolism.  This treatment will help detoxify, re-mineralize and moisturize.   Enjoy a relaxing session wrapped in algae with a warming blanket while releasing your stresses with a wonderful face, scalp and neck massage.

Your treatment begins with a Spa salt scrub massaged in from your feet to your face.  A wonderful mix of sea salts, essential oils and  body butters are massaged all over your body and continues with a gentle mix for the face to invigorate and exfoliate.  A nourishing body lotion is thoroughly massaged in to complete your soothing and relaxing experience.

The art of Reiki loosens and balances energy disturbances in your body, promoting a complete state of relaxation and well being. Your session combines the holistic techniques of Reiki with the therapeutic benefits of a gentle body massage.

MANICURE & PEDICURE

Your hands are softened in a warm herbal soak, nails are perfectly manicured following a gentle exfoliation and a full arm and hand massage with a nourishing botanical hand lotion; finishing with a polish of your choice.
Classic Manicure must be booked in conjunction with at least one other Spa treatment.

Your feet are softened in a refreshing sea salt and essential oil soak.  Your legs and feet are exfoliated with a wonderful spa scrub and your aesthetician removes any callus and carefully cuticles are done.  Next a wonderful relaxing massage soothing areas of tension with a wonderful aromatherapy foot lotion. Finishing with a polish of your choice.
Classic Pedicure must be booked in conjunction with at least one other Spa treatment.

SPA FACIALS

Rejuvenate and purify your skin with a Botanical  Facial at our Sunshine Coast Bed and Breakfast Spa.  Our Spa products are professional and effective providing immediate results to replenish the skin.  Your facial begins with a gentle cleansing & exfoliation suited to your skins needs and type.  Your facial continues with hydrating and nourishing masks which are massaged into the skin thus helping to reduce fine lines and completely relax any stresses.  Enjoying a spa facial will provide immediate results for a smoother, clearer, more radiant complexion.

A facial for your back!  This therapy focuses on soothing, easing muscular tension, as well as nourishing your forgotten back-side.  Starting with a cleanser, exfoliation, steamed towels and masks to soothe and relax.  Your treatment finishes and includes a wonderful back, shoulder and neck massage; your choice of relaxation or deep tissue. 

Last minute changes and cancellations of spa services affect the livelihood of our spa therapists.

• All Spa treatments, booked either a la carte or in a package, must be cancelled with no less than 48 hours notice.
• If at least 48 hours notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge.
• If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the service price will be charged
• Failure to show: the entire package or service price will be charged.
